i. Full Coordination (4-12 months prior event)
      • Conceptualize and plan the wedding theme
      • Prepare wedding budget
      • Source and book suppliers upon approval of the  clients
      • Coordinate w/ suppliers, entourage & those involved in the program

ii. On the Day Coordination (1- 3 months prior event)
      • Finalize details with suppliers upon turnover of supplier contracts
      • Ocular inspection of venues
      • 3-location coordination (bridal suite, church & reception)
      • Development of reception program
      • Execution of program and other details as discussed with clients
      • 3 coordinators good for 150 guests

     • Assistance in obtaining required marriage documents
      • Regular consultation and meeting with clients
      • On the Day Coordination

 iii. Special Coordination (1 month prior event)
      • Finalize details with suppliers upon turnover of supplier contracts
      • Ocular inspection of venues
      • 1-location coordination (ceremony or reception)
      • 1 coordinator (good for Weddings with family and friends who are willing to help)
